Equity NW Properties is an independent agency established in 2002. This is a local agency that was ready for a rebranded website. The new design features an integration with RMLS so visitors can search for listings and even save their favorites.

Building a site around RMLS
The biggest challenge was getting a design that integrated RMLS listings into the website. The RMLS api doesnt always display the best layout features. We used the feed for property listings, search, and even Agent pages which had to be linked to agents properties.

We took the originally website out and started with a completely new design. We incorporated a number of custom design elements. Then we did a pretty custom RMLS api integration. It was launched on one of our hosting packages.

A fully branded rml website
When we finished, this site was a full redesign from their last website. RMLS was fully integrated, Agent pages, Listings and search results, and even a property evalution form.
